BOOKING AND MANAGING YOUR LESSONS

• Once you have purchased a subscription or package, please login to My Account. After logging in, head to Book Lesson and select the lesson length to schedule your first session. Under Payment, select ‘Use my plan’, and confirm by clicking ‘Book Now’

• Reschedule or cancel lesson up to 24h before your session by logging into your account. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled less than 24h before their start time may be charged in full


• There is a 14-day cooling off period for all our subscriptions and packages. See Terms & Conditions for full details

SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Subscriptions are no commitment, and can can be cancelled at any time. You will still have access to that month's lesson until the end of your billing cycle

• The month's lessons need to be used up before the start of the next billing cycle. For example, if you miss to schedule one out your four lessons within the allocated month, you will lose that lesson as it won't carry over to the next month

PACKAGES

• The Quintet and Mini-Quintet Packages expire after 3 months. The Trio and Mini-Trio Packages expire after 2 months

• Packages cannot be cancelled once purchased


PAYMENTS

• All subscriptions and packages are paid upfront using our secure checkout page

• Card payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, supporting payments in multiple currencies including EUR, GBP, USD and SEK among many others

• VISA, Mastercard, American Express and other common payment cards are accepted

• Subscription payments will auto-renew each month until cancelled

• *NEW* Lessons can now also be paid in multiple currencies via bank transfer. The accepted currencies are British pounds (£), Swedish Krona (SEK), US Dollars ($) and Euros (€). Please get in touch via email for bank transfer details. The lessons will be credited to your account once payment has been received.

• The price in different currencies for a 50 mins lesson: EUR €58 / SEK 650 / USD $63 / GBP £49

• The price in different currencies for a 25 mins lesson: EUR €36 / SEK 405 / USD $39 / GBP £31


JOINING A LESSON

• You will be sent a link for joining your lesson upon completing your booking

• Lessons are conducted via Skype, and no login is needed when joining on a laptop

• When joining on a smartphone or tablet, you will need to download the Skype app for iPhone or Android

• For best quality sound and image it is recommended to connect on Wifi via a laptop with a camera, and headphones or earphones with a microphone

• It is not allowed to record the lesson in its entirety. If you would like to record certain technical exercises that is allowed as long as you let the teacher know first -
