Book Singing Lesson

QUICK FACTS

• Lessons last 50 or 25 minutes

• All lessons take place online

• Please prepare a couple of songs or phrases you would like to work on during the lesson

• Choose from available slots in the Booking Calendar, up to 2 weeks in advance

• You can book up to 48h ahead of time. If you need to book an urgent session, please get in touch directly

• Lessons are in English or Swedish as preferred

PAYMENTS

• All lessons are paid upfront using our secure checkout page

• Card payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, supporting payments in multiple currencies including EUR, GBP, USD and SEK among many others

• VISA, Mastercard, American Express and other common payment cards are accepted


• *NEW* Lessons can now also be paid in multiple currencies via bank transfer. The accepted currencies are British pounds (£), Swedish Krona (SEK), US Dollars ($) and Euros (€). Please get in touch via email for bank transfer details. The lessons will be credited to your account once payment has been received.

• The price in different currencies for a 50 mins lesson: EUR €58 / SEK 650 / USD $63 / GBP £49

• The price in different currencies for a 25 mins lesson: EUR €36 / SEK 405 / USD $39 / GBP £31

• For single lessons, you can checkout as a guest. For subscriptions and packages, you will need to create a login under My Account which is where manage your bookings, payments and more

MANAGING YOUR LESSON


• To move or cancel a scheduled lesson without a login, please get in touch via email no less than 24h before the scheduled time to avoid being charged in full. If you have a login you can reschedule or cancel your lesson in My Account


• If cancelled more than 24h ahead of the lesson, you will be refunded in full. If cancelling less than 24h before, you may be charged in full

• There is a 14-day cooling off period for all our services. See our Terms & Conditions for full details

JOINING A LESSON

• You will be sent a link for joining your lesson upon completing your booking

• Lessons are conducted via Skype, and no login is needed when joining on a laptop

• When joining on a smartphone or tablet, you will need to download the Skype app for iPhone or Android

• For best quality sound and image it is recommended to connect on Wifi via a laptop with a camera, and headphones or earphones with a microphone

   

• It is not allowed to record the lesson in its entirety. If you would like to record certain technical exercises that is allowed as long as you let the teacher know first
